Reflection
Looking back at my 20% project I felt like i learned a good amount of things. There was three main things that I learned while doing this project. The first one being that I was not the only one who hated using twitter during recruiting. Other recruits out there did not like to get hassled by fans all the time on twitter. The second big thing I learned was that there is no safe form of social media, that eliminated the fans but still allowed recruits to contact and talk with coaches. Third was if i could create a platform which allowed you to do all these things it would be a hit. The product I made was called RecruitMe it is a social media platform that eliminates the fans and only allows recruits and coaches to interact, eliminating all the problems from regular social media. Here is the Link to the concept map i made for my product. After I presented my project i received a lot of very good feed back, people told me i should continue to further the develop the product and see where it takes me. overall this project was a success in my eyes, and I think i learned a lot of valuable things while doing it.

Post 4
With the development of my app that I talked in my last blog post i think that there are two groups of people that will benefit from my product. Those two groups being high school football recruits, and the college coaches of the country.
High school recruits will love this website, it gives them the opportunity to interact with each other and these coaches with out the hassle of annoying fans. They will see quickly that without all the hassle coming from all these different schools fans that the recruiting process will become so much more easy. Also it allows them unlimited contact with these coaches, so they are not consistently playing phone tag or leaving a coach multiple voice mails, they can communicate through the app.
I think in order to effectively share the proper info about this app with these people i think i need to show them that this will indeed help them. to do that i will use examples of how recruiting on twitter has poorly effected recruits and then i will show them how my app eliminates all of that.
